Event description

Soulful Sunset Session

Where freedom meets pure sunset magic

Get ready for an evening that awakens every part of you…

We begin by dropping into stillness.

A guided beach meditation to ground your energy and open your heart.

Then we head to the ocean (optional). A playful saltwater cleanse to refresh,  reconnect and energise you.

Next…the rhythm rises. Afro beats, drums and maracas call your body into expression, movement, laughter and liberation. Whether you feel called to dance wildly, sway gently, or simply sit back and let the rhythm move through you - your presence is perfection.

And as the sun kisses the horizon, you are cocooned in sound healing that melts you into deep peace, bliss and harmony. After we’ll sit in stillness together and watch the light fade into the evening.

This isn’t just an event. It’s a celebration of movement, expression, connection and joy.

An open invitation to all who are ready to soften, express, release and feel wildly, unapologetically FREE.

With love,

Rae & Rana

Darrok Park

We will meet in a more private spot above the beach- a grassy clearing on your right as you you come down the path from Darook park Rd.

Please note: If the weather isn’t ideal, we won’t let it kill our vibes — we’ll move to an indoor space with a slight adjustment to the schedule.

What to Bring

Towel

Yoga mat

Sarong/light blanket

Something to sip/snack

An instrument or small percussion (drums, shakers, tambourines — we’ll have plenty to share too)
