Welcome yogi and thank you for joining me! It is my absolute pleasure to be able to guide you through the ancient practices of yoga, pranayama and meditation. This class will be accessible to everyone of all levels and registration is via donation with a percentage of the profits supporting disadvantaged Indigenous students. Your support is greatly appreciated.

This is a virtual class which will be held live via the app 'Google Meet'.
Once you have registered your spot, your access code to the class, along with instructions for using Google Meet will be emailed to you.

To not disrupt the class and fellow students, please ensure you connect into the class on time.

Please dress in comfortable clothing that you can move freely in, find a quiet space and a yoga mat.
