Soulful Yoga for Creativity is an afternoon of nourishment for writers and creatives seeking a safe space to loosen the grip on the overthinking mind and allow for creative expression through feminine, felt sensation. In this harmonious blend of movement, breath and introspection, we will explore how yoga can be a powerful tool for writers and artists alike.

This unique experience will include pranayama (yogic breathwork), gentle asana flows, Kundalini kriya, meditation and of course, a bit of writing, in which we unearth the connection between the body and creative expression within a small group of fellow creatives.

Led by Danielle Dominguez, writer, publisher and yoga teacher, you will be guided for two blissful hours to activate your senses, allow your intuition to come forth and access your innate creative spirit, perhaps uncovering a block or two or reigniting a deeply-seated creative passion.

This yoga meets creativity experience is open to all.
