Soulfully sober circle is a time to celebrate your sober life. No need to share stories of regret from your drinking days or hold on to the thought that you are that person.

In this support group we look at the present moment and to the future. We celebrate each other and share stories of hope.

Discover different tools that others have used in their sober journey. Share in celebrating each others wins.

And if you are feeling anxious and on the edge, know you are seen and heard here and we GET YOU!

Soulfully Sober circle will be a weekly meet up - involving different practices or tools, such as meditation, breathwork, journaling, sound healing, sharing of stories, sharing of inspiration, sharing of music that feels good, herbal tea for nervous system repair and more.

Some weeks may involve a beach walk after or coffee at the local cafe.

This is all about community, support and finding your tribe.

I myself am sober and I have tapped in to my spiritual practices to help me at times when the chatter doesn't stop and the anxiety is weighing me down.

Addictions / alcoholism / mental health issues have been a big part of my family - this is my way of breaking the chains and helping others to do so also.

I lovingly invite others to join with me in this space as we navigate to a better way of life.
