Our special guest for Soulful Sunday is the beautiful Stacey! Stacey taught me how to hoop which has helped me connect to my body and relieve stress when I feel like I’m taking life too seriously!

In Stacey's workshop you will be guided into observing the inner self critic, squashing judgement and allowing yourself to let go, have fun and liberate yourself into joy and childlike fun, a state we were all born into yet conditioned to let go of in this busy and consuming world. Feel into how PLAY heals and connects you deeper to yourself and others as you drop back into that childlike state. She guarantees plenty of smiles and walking away with the vibration of love in your heart.
