One of the greatest healers we have inside our bodies, that we have 24/7 access to is our breath.

‘Breathwork’ with its recent rise in popularity is raising awareness for people’s innate capacity to heal, which is of course amazing. But the term ‘breathwork’ has sadly become synonymous with only upregulating techniques like Wim Hof, Tummo, Conscious Connected Breath etc.

Again these are not right or wrong per se, but if you have unresolved trauma and on some level already do not feel safe in your body, then this type of breathwork can be extremely dangerous and damaging to your mental, emotional and physical health, given that many participants have outer body experiences during these types of breathing practices.

You will experience sound via live coaching, binaural beats, hypnotic affirmations and heart opening music, up and down regulating breathwork, somatic release and energy medicine for ultimate guided discovery.

The journey has been designed this way as Mark specialises in healing unknown trauma that is trapped in our bodies & for the most part, all of us that have unresolved trauma have a dysregulated nervous system.

Simply put this means we spend most of our conscious day stuck in our heads, because being in our bodies aka our subconscious minds, does not feel safe!

But we must 1st create safety in the body to then calm the analytical mind and return to the truth of who we are beyond our early childhood wounds, negative thought patterns, limited beliefs and sabotaging behaviours.

What Does Soulify Look Like Specifically?

Mark will briefly introduce himself and welcome you to the space, before teaching you 4 different breathing techniques - crocodile, box, conscious connected and the magic 7 breath.

You will then begin your journey sitting up watching the sacred geometry kaleidoscope to get out of beta and into an alpha brain wave state, in preparation for delving into the subconscious state of theta brainwaves throughout the journey.

As the 1st panpipe track plays, you will do 10 rounds of box breathing fixating on the kaleidoscope before laying down and beginning an hour of conscious connected breath.

During this time you will breathe alongside a carefully selected and mixed track list from Mark, which is also layered with binaural beats and hypnotic affirmations to help him guide you deeper into your breath and subconscious body- mind.

Mark will also use energy healing & body work - collectively and individually as to where he is guided - to help you release safely and deeply.

Allow whatever to arise to arise - scream, kick, shout, wail, cry, laugh, wriggle - whatever your body needs to release, allow it.

You will reach a point where you are beyond conscious thought and there will be no separation between you and your breath; it’s at this point you will enter into a 13 chakra alignment meditation.

This meditation has been carefully designed to continue your soul’s ascension whilst simultaneously reconnecting & grounding back into your body.

You will then be fully integrated back into the room with the magic 7 breath before giving to self with rehydration, journal insights and opportunity to speak with Mark; although his advice is silence, stillness and solitude beyond the mind with no technology for at least 30-60 minutes post ceremony.
