Soulitude is a day of nourishment & deep connection for your body, mind & soul.

This year’s retreat immersion is a collaborative experience that has been designed as a women's only space. We are bringing women together from all backgrounds, to connect and feel the resonance of community and shared healing. Our intention is to empower women through connection, healing, wellness, knowledge sharing and learning skills to live happier, healthier lives.

This is a sacred space for sisters, where we are called to remember what it feels like to connect to, and be held by an intimate community of women.

Let this be your call as 2023 unfolds, to give yourself a day to fill your cup, ground your roots and experience deep soul-level nourishment.

What To Expect:

Traditional acknowledgement of country ceremony with local Birpai elders
Yin Yoga with the beautiful Jess Green
Lymphatic bodywork with Tahlia from Heal Well
Gentle Breathwork and Yoga Nidra with the vivacious Beth James

The Location:

Immersed in the beautiful nature of The Fernery at Diamond Waters, an eco-retreat property nestled at the base of North Brother Mountain. You instantly feel the deep wisdom this land holds, the stories she has to tell.

And she shares these stories through the trees as they sway + creak.

In the wind bringing ancient song.

Through the soil under your feet with all that walked before you.

Walk amongst the magnificent gardens and see hundreds of different fern species, plant & bird life. Wander down to the river and take in the stunning mountain vista hovering just above the waters edge.

Here you will find the space to drop out of the mind, tune in and listen to the messages your soul has for you.

Time: 10am-5pm (with arrival at 945am so we can settle into the space)

Things to note:

1. As the retreat is a blended experience of collaborators, there may be slight changes to the schedule. We will release more information on our collaborators closer to the event date.

2. A portion of your ticket will be donated to a free service for local Aboriginal women providing food & care postpartum.

3. This is a plastic free event.

4. Please advise if you have any allergies or specific requirements e.g. gluten-free, nut-free, vegan etc.

5. Everybody is welcome! No yoga or meditation experience is necessary.
