LINEUP

  • March 9th
    • Lydia Violet - Lydia Violet is an Iranian-Armenian-American folk multi-instrumentalist, revolution-bringer, culture-tender, grief-worker, and mischief-maker. With her live band, she weaves together her songwriting, folk standards, Iranian ballads, 3-part harmonies, fiddle tunes, banjo, and collective singing into an altar of music for the troubles of our time. She'll be sharing a "stomp 'n sing" with lively back and forth between soulful songs and songs that bring in the audience community singing style, in an inclusive and accessible way.
  • April 13th
    • Ryan Heflin - Ryan Heflin is a Southern California musician with a sweet, soulful, singer- songwriter sound, making music for the lovers and the dreamers of the world. His music is for those who find themselves longing for poetry amidst the prosaic and his mission is to “renew people’s sense of wonder, starting always with his own.” With the stirrings of the soul loud, he will share iconoclastic, singer-songwriter words, set to dark, hurts-so-good indie rock vibrations. Both sensual and intellectual, metaphysical and deeply human.
  • May 11th
    • Rafe PearlmanDaniel Berkman - Let's sing together warm our hearts in spirit, song and community! Rafe Pearlman started his singing career with the wolves, ravens and sled dogs of the Alaskan wilderness. His intention with his music is to inspire a vision of a world in harmony and unity, celebrating diversity, sustainability, and equality for all beings. Sometimes a simple song is all it takes to open a connection. He'll be playing with Daniel Berkman, a San Francisco-based composer, multi-instrumentalist, accompanist, singer-songwriter, electronic musician, looper, producer, film and dance score composer and innovator of electro-acoustic music, specializing in the kora (a 21-stringed west african harp).
