A 60 minute midweek womens embodied dance circle to reconnect you with your body, heart and soul through movement, sound and stillness.

Soul Rhythm is a space to pause, reconnect and return to yourself.

Held within circle, you’ll be invited to step away from the noise and busyness of everyday life and into a space of presence, connection and self-discovery. Through movement, sound, stillness and shared experience, we create an opportunity to listen inward and reconnect with the wisdom of your body.

We’ll begin by grounding together, creating space to slow down, breathe and become present in the moment.

From there, you’ll move into an intuitive movement journey inspired by the rhythms of life. A soulful soundtrack of earthy beats, gentle rhythms, house and electronica will support you to explore different layers of your energy, from grounded and gentle, to expression, playfulness, expansion and release.

Through intuitive movement, you’ll have the freedom to listen inward and move in whatever way feels true for you. A space to release tension, awaken your senses, reconnect with your authentic self and experience the liberation that comes from moving without judgement.

There is nothing to perform and no moves to learn. You’re invited to move in whatever way feels right for you, allowing your body to lead and your inner rhythm to emerge.

As the energy settles, we’ll move into a deeply nourishing sound journey and stillness practice. Allow the vibrations to wash over you, creating space to soften, receive and integrate whatever has moved through you.

We’ll then return to the circle together offering a moment to reflect, share and connect. No fixing, no judgement, no expectation. Simply the experience of being witnessed and held in community before returning to the outside world.

Soul Rhythm is an invitation to remember that your body already knows the way.

Whether you’re familiar with embodied practices or completely new to them, you are welcome exactly as you are.

Doors open at 6.50pm ready a for 7pm start. Please note that no late entry will be permitted after 7.05pm to protect the space.
