Each Souls Ignite session includes a grounding practice to centre ourselves, a transformative experience guided by a different facilitator every month, and time to connect with like-minded souls. Whether you’re deepening your inner connection, simply creating some you time or making new friends, this space is a haven for growth and community.

🌿 Tending To Our Roots 🌿
Reconnect to the deepest source of your being—your roots, your Muladhara (root chakra)—to untangle the wisdom woven within you and hear more clearly the messages it holds.

✨ Event Overview ✨
Through the powerful practice of Chakradance, you will be guided into a journey of embodied healing. Chakradance is a unique dance-movement modality combining Jungian psychology, music, guided visualization, and a specific resonance of music. Moving with closed eyes or an eye mask, you allow your body to express and release what is ready to be felt, bringing balance and harmony to the chakra we are working with.

🌺 Why Muladhara?
When our root chakra is balanced, we feel grounded, safe, and trusting of our primal instincts. Imbalances can manifest physically and mentally, with symptoms such as, but not limited to:
Rstlessness
Inability to focus
Inflexibility
Disordered eating patterns
Lower back pain
Pain in legs or feet
Irritation and unwarranted anger

THE EVOLUTION OF SOULS IGNITE:
In 2023 - Soul Mates Dates was first created for a group of facilitators to gather, receive each others magic and have a safe space to honour what was going on for them. It also created an opportunity to ask questions, hold space in a safe environment we might not have tried in a group before and connect with those working in a similar business - allowing deeper community in what can sometimes feel like a lonely place.

In 2024 this evolved re-naming this space to Souls Unite and expanding the group to the public to open the space and help bring more like minded people together. Opening it to those who may be just embarking on their journey into self or for those who wish to surround themselves in a safe space free of judgement. Before the event some gather for coffee and connect while exploring deeper presence that surrounds us during the events.

2025 we are back and excited to hold more magic and expand our community even more. 
EVERYONE is welcome, no matter what you do or where you are at in your journey. My wish is for this to be a warm, all inclusive, cosy and inviting space for everyone no matter how they’re feeling in this moment of life. AND also to create a space for people to make new connections and expand their soul tribe. AND NOW WITH SOULS IGNITE - EVENING CLASSES for those who can't make it on Thursdays.
