What if, beneath all the noise, overthinking and everything you've been carrying, there is a quieter part of you that already knows the way home?

An Evening in the Grove is a 90-minute journey to slow down,
come back into your body and spend some time with yourself.

We’ll begin with tea,
gentle movement and grounding,
creating space to arrive and settle.

From there, we’ll explore some of the patterns we move through without always noticing,
the thoughts,
habits
and ways of protecting ourselves that can quietly shape how we experience life.

There’s nothing to fix here.

Just an invitation to get curious.

Then, nestled into the hammocks, you'll be guided into The Grove.- an immersive visualisation journey into a quiet natural world where you can step away from the noise and listen a little more deeply.

You may meet a place,
a feeling,
a memory, a message…
or perhaps the wise tree waiting there for you.

There is no right experience.

The Grove will be different for everyone.

You’ll have time to rest, receive and reflect before gently returning, with a small living reminder to take home and nurture.

You’ll experience:

Tea, gentle movement & grounding
Reflective prompts
Time to explore your inner world
A relaxing hammock experience
A 40-45 minute guided journey into The Grove
Space to integrate
A little living keepsake to take home

You don't need any experience with meditation, visualisation, yoga or breathwork.

Just bring yourself, an open mind and a little curiosity.
