Presented to you by Nat from Spellbones in collaboration with Lena and Caitlin our other guest facilitators, this 5 hour day retreat / workshop will leave you feeling nourished, fulfilled and ready to end the year with a calm mind and open heart.

Join us in our last and most potent solstice gathering to honour what has been, celebrate all that is shining within you and to activate the inner creative fires inside. This beautiful soul nurturing retreat space will be one of celebration, creativity, fun and nourishment, perfectly curated to balance the feminine and masculine, the outward and inward, leaving you rested, restored and ready to embark on the next. Bathed in the celestial solstice energies, we’ll tune into the bounty of midsummer with ritual, meditation, moments of stillness and connection, igniting our intentions, and honouring the dance between light and shadow. Come and soak up this powerful energy, and truly give yourself the gift of presence, nourishing your spirit and illuminating your path ahead.

Cacao - to anchor into the heart space

Smoke Bundle Workshop - guided by Nat, you will learn how to connect to nature energetically & be guided in how to make your own intuitive smoke bundle (smudge stick) infused with your intentions for the year ahead, using homegrown/foraged herbs… all plants & equipment provided are provided!!!!!! WOW
