SOUL SYNC IMMERSIVE BREATHWORK & SOUND JOURNEY | BUNDABERG

Modern life asks a lot of us.

Pressure. Responsibility. Mental load. Constant stimulation.

Over time, we adapt. Stress becomes normal. Busyness becomes normal. Running on empty becomes normal.

Soul Sync was built to interrupt that pattern.

This is a fully guided live breathwork and sound journey through wireless headphones, helping you clear mental clutter, release stored stress and emotion, and reconnect with the most grounded, authentic version of yourself.

This experience is a complete reset of the nervous system, and a chance to recharge physically, mentally and emotionally.

No experience needed. Suitable for beginners and highly experienced practitioners.

ABOUT ETHAN & AYLA

Ethan has facilitated breathwork and nervous system work for 400+ people this past year — alongside Wim Hof at the Wim Hof Experience Gold Coast, with Dr Espen at Quantum Advanced Retreats, and with the team at Upper AEON. He is a trauma-informed facilitator and current psychology student, so there's a professional lens running under every session.

While sessions can become deeply somatic, mystical, and profoundly healing for many, every session is grounded in up-to-date breathwork and psychological science.
