Event description

Soulwalk Huntingdonshire provides a space and atmosphere that is safe, welcoming, and restorative.

A space to connect to self, others, and nature.Soulwalk is an open-minded, heart centred wellbeing walk. Soulwalks are designed to facilitates a mindful and restorative experience whilst walking and giving ourselves permission to go slow and find presence and peace. In the process creating healthier and happier people and planet.

Walks last about 2 hours with pauses for guided meditation, contemplation, breathing, gentle movement, and authentic sharing.

The walking distance is between 2 to 5 kilometres depending on the date and location. Location may change depending on the date. Soulwalks take place in beautiful natural surroundings, with friendly, professional and competent guides and co-facilitators, and with like-minded and like-hearted community.

They facilitate:

  • Better understanding and compassion of ourselves and each other.

  • Improved mental, physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

  • Deeper connection, appreciation and conservation of our natural world.

Soulwalks are limited to 16 people for everyone to feel seen, heard and held.

To Bring Along: 

  • Comfortable walking shoes that are ok getting wet/muddy. 

  • Bottle of water

  • An umbrella / waterproof clothing (if rain is forecast) 

  • Small backpack to carry any excess clothing and personal items. 

  • Curious, compassion

Location Meeting Point:

Brampton Wood Nature Reserve, Brampton Road, Brampton, St. Neots, UK. Meet in the Car Park, where there is free car parking.

Important Information:

Participants make use of the Soulwalk at their own risk and without express permission from Soulhub.

Soulhub Soulwalk Leaders will do everything within their capability and knowledge to keep you safe and well throughout our Soulwalks. However, it’s your responsibility to inform the Soulwalk Leader (before you walk) of the following:

  • Any medical conditions that are relevant to the activity e.g. Pacemaker, stroke, serious allergies such as bee stings, and if you are pregnant.

  • Any current mental diagnosis from a health professional, such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, psychotic or borderline psychotic states. 

  • Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions which would impair or affect your ability to walk or be in a group. 

  • You should seek advice from your GP if you have concerns about walking gently for 120-150 mins.

  • In joining a Soulwalk, you accept that you do so entirely at your own risk and that it is your responsibility to ensure that you are fit and able to take part in the walk.

  • Children under the age of 16 years old are the responsibility of their parents or guardians and need to be accompanied at all times before, during and after the walk. 

  • The walk is not suitable or appropriate for children under 12 years old and definitely not suitable for pushchairs. 

  • Soulhub do not accept responsibility for injury, loss and damage sustained by a participant unless the above injury, loss and damage is proven to have been caused as a direct result of negligence on the part of the organisers.

  • Sadly no dogs allowed, unless they are a certified "Therapy Dog" 

  • Please do dress for pauses on what could well be a cold and/or rainy day. 

By signing up to be part of the Soulwalk, you are adhering to all the conditions outlined above. 

Refunds:

We only offer full refunds if the Soulwalk Leader cancels the event or if you email us and cancel your ticket before 24 hours of the start of the Soulwalk.
