Soulwalk Stroud is a mindful walk, to help us disconnect from our busy lives and reconnect with what truly matters: ourselves, others and nature.

We provide a safe, welcoming and restorative space.

Walks last about 2 hours with pauses for guided meditation, contemplation, breathing, gentle movement, and authentic sharing on a seasonal theme.

We're giving ourselves permission to go slow, be present, be open to our senses and what nature has to offer, and find calm and peace.

The walking distance is between 2 to 5 kilometres depending on the date and location.

Soulwalks take place in beautiful natural surroundings, with friendly, professional and competent guides and co-facilitators, and with like-minded community.

Walking in beautiful natural surroundings improves our wellbeing - mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual. Walking in a group and sharing on a nature-inspired theme helps better understand ourselves and each other.

We're not only in nature, but with nature, and for nature, deepening connection, appreciation and conservation of our natural world.

Soulwalks are limited to 14 people for everyone to feel seen, heard and held.

Soulwalk Stroud is led by two responsible facilitators: John Tierney (Mountain Leader, Coach, Facilitator) and Bonnie Grotjahn (Humanistic Psychotherapist, Counselling and Relational Supervisor. Life after Loss)

About Stroud

John and Bonnie have both chosen Stroud to be their homes, where they work and play. They wanted to find a way of bringing their communities together, and felt that the best conversations happen when they met and walked.
