Awaken the Power of Vibrational Alchemy

Sound Alchemy is a two day immersive sound healing training exploring the transformational power of sound, vibration, rhythm, and resonance. This course blends ancient wisdom, modern science, hands-on instrument practice, nervous system awareness, and embodied facilitation.

Over two days, you will explore crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, Tibetan Sound Therapy, musical theory, sound bath sequencing, and trauma-aware facilitation. You will learn how sound interacts with the body, mind, energy system, and emotional landscape, while developing practical skills to hold safe and restorative sound spaces.

You will also gain a rich understanding of the science, history, and philosophy behind sound as medicine, giving you a strong foundation to integrate this work into your personal practice or share it professionally. Each module combines hands-on learning with embodied experience, so you leave not only with knowledge, but with the confidence to hold safe, powerful, and transformative sound spaces for others.

This training is not only about learning how to play instruments. It is about learning how to listen, how to guide nervous systems into rest, how to work with intention, and how to create powerful sound journeys for yourself and others. You will leave with tools to integrate sound into yoga classes, meditation, breathwork, retreats, ceremonies, private sessions, and group sound baths.

Daily Schedule

Day 1. Foundations and Tibetan Sound Therapy

Explore the history, science, and philosophy of sound healing, including vibration, resonance, fascia, brainwaves, and the nervous system.

Learn the art of Tibetan Sound Therapy using bowls on the body to support deep relaxation, move stagnant energy, and work with chakra blockages through vibration and intention.

This day includes hands-on practice with Tibetan singing bowls, including striking, circling, rhythm, tone, listening, and working with their grounding resonance for personal practice, one-on-one work, and group facilitation.

Day 2. Crystal Bowls and Sound Journey Design

Develop confidence with crystal singing bowls while learning tone, rhythm, harmony, chakra notes, musical theory, layering, emotional arc, silence, and sound bath sequencing.

You will learn how to structure and facilitate a complete group sound bath experience with intention, sensitivity, and flow. This day also explores trauma-aware facilitation, contraindications, holding space, integration, and how to support participants before, during, and after a sound journey.

The training closes with practice facilitation, reflection, and integration, giving you space to bring the teachings together through embodied experience.

Foundations of Sound Healing

Explore what sound healing is, what it is not, and how vibration, frequency, tone, and rhythm support relaxation, meditation, nervous system regulation, and inner awareness.

History, Ethics, and Culture

Learn the ancient roots of sound healing across different traditions while exploring cultural respect, ethical practice, lineage awareness, and the responsibility of walking this path with integrity.

Sound, the Body, and the Nervous System

Understand how sound interacts with water, fascia, brainwaves, the vagus nerve, and the nervous system. Explore resonance, entrainment, and how sound can guide the body toward rest, regulation, and repair.

Chakras and Energetic Balance

Explore the chakra system as a traditional energetic framework and learn how sound, mantra, vibration, and bowl notes can support energetic awareness and balance.

Tibetan Bowls and Tibetan Sound Therapy

Learn how to play Tibetan singing bowls with confidence, including striking, circling, rhythm, tone, and listening. You will also explore bowls-on-body techniques for deep relaxation, energetic movement, and chakra clearing.

Crystal Singing Bowls

Develop confidence with crystal singing bowls through tone, resonance, pressure, speed, volume control, chakra notes, layering, and mindful pauses.

Musical Theory and Harmonics

Explore practical musical theory for sound healing, including rhythm, harmony, dissonance, resolution, perfect fifths, major and minor triads, emotional arc, and how to create soundscapes that feel intentional and supportive.

Sound Bath Sequencing

Learn how to structure a complete group sound bath using intention, breath, grounding sounds, layering, peak experience, silence, descent, integration, and closing.

Trauma-Aware Facilitation and Safety

Explore invitation-based language, consent, contraindications, emotional release, grounding cues, participant care, and how to hold safe, supportive, and trauma-aware sound spaces.

Integration and Aftercare

Learn how to guide participants after a sound journey through silence, journaling, hydration, grounding, rest, and embodied integration.

Mikey Pantuso is a yoga teacher, sound healer, breathwork facilitator, and former touring musician whose work bridges ancient wisdom, embodied practice, nervous system awareness, and intentional sound.

With a strong background in Yin Yoga, Mikey’s approach is rooted in stillness, deep listening, and the subtle language of the body. His Yin background shapes the way he holds space, inviting students into softness, sensation, and presence rather than performance.

As a former touring musician, Mikey brings a deep understanding of rhythm, resonance, harmony, emotional arc, and the way sound can move people beyond words. His sound journeys blend crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, breath, meditation, and silence to create grounded, trauma-aware, and transformational experiences.

His facilitation style is steady, intuitive, and deeply embodied, supporting students to learn not only the techniques of sound healing, but also the presence, sensitivity, and responsibility required to hold safe and powerful sound spaces for others.
