Event description

A high vibrational unique sound and music experience to soothe, de-stress, and bring balance.

    Join Al Muir and Hugo Alvarez who will perform a South American flute chakra sound healing.    As well as crystal bowls, Indian hand hammered healing bowls, medicine drum, vocal toning and guitars, gong, chimes, rattles, Yidaki (didgeridoo), steel tongue drum .  An embodied transmission designed to take you away on an inter dimensional journey and bring harmony and resonance to your energetic field and being.  A beautiful reset for your nervous system .   At Rockinghams new wellness centre Wellbeing Spot. Cnr council ave and Goddard st.  All are welcome

Please enter at front on Goddard st and arrive between 630 and 645 for a 7pm start

WHAT TO BRING:   Yoga mat or similar, blanket, pillow for head and under knees, eye cover, water bottle.
