Where relaxation meets inspiration.


Welcome to an afternoon curated just for you.

If you’ve been rushing around all week, lying wide awake at 3am overthinking, or haven’t had a quiet moment to yourself in, well, far too long…

We’ve got you.

A 2.5 hour immersion to de-stress through sound and art.



First, we begin with SOUND.

A relaxation experience guided by Clear Colours.

Through intentional live sound, Clear Colours weave together an array of instruments. Creating a ‘sonic cocoon’ for you to lie back, relax and simply listen.

Naturally the sounds will carry you into a dream-like state - where you are no longer thinking about those pesky work emails, or the exhausting to do- list. Instead flowing into a more calm, inspired state of mind.
And as for those tight shoulders or tense face muscles? You’ll find those soften more and more as you enter a deep, effortless state.

There is nothing to be achieved, nothing you need to do, simply listen to the tapestry of sounds:

- Handpan & Guitar: Melodic rhythms to ground the body
- Tibetan Singing Bowls: Rich frequencies and overtones to settle the busy mind
- Timber Flute & Chimes: Warm sustained tones to melt tension
- Rain Stick: Nature-inspired textures for deep cleansing

Then we move into ART.

Guided by Leyla from Mindful Art Space, you’ll gently transition from the sound immersion into art exploration. A chance to express your experience through colour, movement and a range of creative materials.

You might begin with a feeling, a colour or a mark, then follow whatever unfolds. There’s no set outcome and no art experience needed. Just an invitation to explore, be curious and enjoy the materials.

Clear Colours will continue playing ambient music as you create, allowing sound and creativity to flow together.

No agenda, no pressure. Just time for yourself to explore, unwind and enjoy a little creative self-care.



The finer details:

-Start: 1:30pm (please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in)
-75 minute Sound Immersion
-Herbal tea on offer
-60 minute Art accompanied with live ambient music
-Close: 4pm

Please bring along: 

-yoga mat (or something comfortable to lie on)
-blanket/s
-pillow for your head (and an extra one for under your knees if you like)
-water bottle 
-wear comfortable clothes and socks (for the ultimate relaxation experience!)
