Join us for an evening of multiple deeply healing wellness modalities. ✨💫
Starting with a welcome, including a sharing circle to familiarise ourselves with each other and drop in, maybe share some chai ;)
There will be beautifully guided meditations to assist you in becoming grounded, present, in tune with your heart space, and become aware of your subconscious/limiting beliefs/energies that no longer serve you that your ready to release from your life. And re discover the ultimate god creator that you are, and bring your true inner dreams and desires to the surface to manifest into your reality.
We will privately journal for the fire (release/transform) ceremony and planting ceremonies (manifest/grow)
We then settle in for our interactive vocal toning workshop, coupled with powerful shamanic drumming, followed by a soothing sound bath and quantum energy healing.
These active and passive healing tools are all aimed at helping you switch off the fight or flight response in your nervous system and calm you down moving to a restful state of being. Consider it a 'Spring Clean' for the new moon!
