A Sound Journey with Blue Lotus Tea + Mirimiri Energy Cleansing

We invite you to an early evening of restorative energy cleansing, and an opportunity to rest and reset.

Helping you to access deep nervous system calming, and re calibration through the medicine of sound and mirimiri.

Yayné will be leading the sound journey using various instruments and her voice.

Sharlane will be moving around the room working individually in the realm of mirimiri ~ using very little physical touch if any, to cleanse the energy body.

Blue Lotus tea will be provided as an option for enhanced relaxation.

We will begin with a brief check in/kōrero, moving into some gentle somatic movement/stretching/breath to ground into our bodies and the present.

Please BYO yoga mat & any bolsters/cushions/blankets for ultimate comfort as you will be lying on the ground for an hour.

Please come dressed in something comfortable and warm.

You may also wish to also bring an eye cover, a journal, and your drink bottle.

Chairs are available for those who need them.

We look forward to having you along to journey with us!
