We are so happy to invite you to our third Sound & Movement session of the year.

Yoga teaches us that life is in a constant state of change.
Sound organically enhances your practice.
Time is given to immerse in nature through your breath, held together by gentle movement and soothing sounds.

🌻When:
We will gather on Sunday 24th of November starting at 4.00pm till 6.00pm.

🌻What to Expect:
Starting with a nourishing ceremonial cacao, Helena will lead you into a guided meditation and restorative yoga session while Fefa will set the ambience with a sound bath.
This experience has been curated as a safe space for you to feel at home in your body.

🌻Etiquette:
Please arrive on time and switch your phone off or place on silent (no vibrate) so as not to disrupt the experience of others.

🌻How Much?
$65 per person.
Why not share the experience with a friend?
If you can’t make it, you can transfer your session to someone else.

Please wear warm cosy clothes. Bring your mat, blanket, and favourite mug.
Bolsters will be provided.
