We are so happy to invite you to our first Sound & Movement session of the year 2025.

Yoga teaches us that life is in a constant state of change.
The flow of sound, organically enhances and deepens your practice.
Take time to immerse yourself in nature through your breath, guided by gentle movements and soothing sounds

We will gather on Thursday 9th of January, starting at 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

🌻What to Expect:
Starting with a nourishing ceremonial cacao, Helena will lead you into a guided meditation and restorative yin-yoga session while Fefa will set the ambience with a soothing sounds for you to unwind, restore and be taken care of.
This experience has been curated as a safe space for you to feel at home in your body.

🌻Etiquette:
Please arrive 10 minutes early with an open mind and open heart. To maintain the serene atmosphere, we kindly ask you to silence your phone (including vibrate mode

$65 per person.

Please wear warm cosy clothes. Bring your mat, blanket, and your favourite mug.
Bolsters and blocks will be provided.
