Sound & Movement - March

Sound & Movement is a safe and nurturing space where we'll support you in reconnecting with calm, peace, and deep restoration.

We'll begin by settling in together and reflecting on something you'd like to invite into your life. This meditative opening will be accompanied by ceremonial Peruvian cacao, ethically sourced from the heart of the Amazon and lovingly handcrafted by Wild Craft Tasmania.

Throughout the session, we'll guide you through gentle, slow-paced restorative yoga, accompanied by the healing sounds of crystal bowls, rainsticks, chimes, and other grounding instruments. Every element is designed to help you feel truly cared for.
