About the facilitators:
Anatman is a music producer and audio engineer who creates immersive sound journeys deeply inspired by his personal journey into Buddhism and meditation. Combining the precision of digital sound design with the organic beauty of his own nature field recordings, he brings his performances to life by playing traditional instruments—such as singing bowls, chimes, rainsticks, rattles, and flutes—live. Anatman’s transformative soundscapes invite listeners into a meditative state of introspection and harmony.
With a background in Social Anthropology, Dana has lived and travelled extensively across China, Southeast Asia, and India, immersing herself in diverse languages and belief systems. Her strong connection to nature has brought her to New Zealand, where she has rekindled her love for gardening and growing plants.
Dana's Yoga classes are enriched with mindfulness, body awareness, and meditation practices. Her ongoing studies in Yoga Nidra, Sound, Pranayama, Meditation, and our connection to nature shape her classes, creating a space for shared learning and transformation.
