In Sound & Shadow, you’ll be guided through a gentle, transformative journey using sound, awareness and intention to explore and release what no longer serves.This extended half-day workshop combines the healing frequencies of therapeutic sound instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, and voice with guided meditation, rest, and reflection.

Sound allows us to work with the “shadow”—those parts of ourselves we may have pushed away or ignored—and give them space to be heard and healed. Frequency and vibration help shift energy gently, without needing to analyse the story or speak it aloud if we're not ready to do so.That’s what makes sound healing such a powerful ally in shadow work—it meets you wherever you are on your journey, with no need for words, only willingness.

I’ve been called to offer this workshop during a time of collective intensity and transition. With so many people navigating emotional shifts, fatigue and uncertainty, this workshop is a sanctuary for those needing clarity, grounding, and energetic renewal.This is a safe, nurturing space. I am experienced in holding emotional and energetic space and will guide the process gently—always with your consent, agency, and comfort in mind. You are never asked to share or push beyond your own readiness.

After Sound & Shadow, you're warmly invited to stay on for a special guided meditation with sound at 4:00pm—a separate but beautifully complementary experience to help you integrate, rest, and return to stillness. You're welcome to leave your gear in the room, go out for a walk or remain in the space between sessions for journalling, quiet reflection, a nap, or meditation. Take your time—this is your space to unwind.
