You’ll be welcomed into a cozy space with:

A guided somatic grounding practice
A comfy mat, blanket, and pillow provided for each participant
Optional: Bring an extra blanket, pillow, and/or eye mask for total comfort
Structured, charged water before and after to support integration
Sacred instruments played directly over and around you
Deep individual attention, even in a group setting
A loving, non-invasive field of Divine Love and presence
