A monthly online gathering through sound, meditation and collective intention

There is a lot of noise in the world right now.

Fear. Division. Conflict. Overwhelm. A constant stream of information telling us what is wrong, what we should be afraid of and why we are powerless to change it.

But beneath all of that noise, there is another frequency available.

A deeper intelligence.

A rhythm that does not come from the chaos of the mind, but from the wisdom of the heart.

Sound Awakening — Community Immersion is a monthly online gathering created to help us step out of fear, anxiety, stress and disempowerment, and reconnect with the deeper part of ourselves that already knows the way forward.

Each month, Matt Omo will guide you through an immersive experience using sound, breath, meditation, vocal expression and collective intention.

This is not simply about relaxing for an hour.

It is an opportunity to clear the noise, move stagnant energy, reconnect with your body and open yourself to what we call the Soul Solution — the deeper wisdom that becomes available when we move beyond the conditioned mind and begin listening from within.

From fear to empowerment

Much of the old world has been built from the mind-first model:

Having → Doing → Being

We believe that once we have the money, the relationship, the security, the recognition or the answers, then we can finally do what we want and become who we were meant to be.

But the heart moves in the opposite direction:

Being → Doing → Having

We begin by changing the frequency we live from.

We become the peace, courage, love and possibility we wish to experience.

From that state, our choices change. Our actions change. The world we create begins to change.

Sound can help us access that state beyond words.

It can move through the places thought cannot reach. It can soften the armour we have built, disrupt old emotional patterns and remind the body of its natural capacity for coherence, expression and connection.

A different kind of community

This is a space for people who no longer want to sit on the sidelines while fear and division shape the future.

We may not be able to control governments, headlines or global events, but we can choose the frequency we bring into our homes, our relationships, our communities and our work.

We can choose what we amplify.

We can come together and practise a different way of being human.

Not through anger.

Not through more division.

But through presence, sound, compassion, imagination and the courage to live from the heart.

When we gather with a shared intention, we are no longer isolated individuals trying to hold everything alone. We become part of a living field — listening, breathing and creating together.

A humanity learning to sing its divine harmony again.

What to expect

Each Community Immersion will be unique and will draw upon the themes explored through the Sound Awakening podcast and the wider Live In Flow work.

Your session may include:

Guided breath and embodied awareness
Immersive sound healing
Gong, didgeridoo, drums and crystal bowls
Channeled vocals and layered soundscapes
Meditation and visualisation
Vocal toning and intuitive expression
Heart-centred teachings
Collective intention and future visioning
Space for integration and reflection

You do not need any experience with meditation, breathwork or sound healing.

You simply need a comfortable place to lie or sit, quality headphones or speakers, and a willingness to be present.

This experience is for you if you have been feeling:

Accessible to everyone

Tickets will be offered on a variable pricing model so that finances do not become a barrier to participating.

Choose the ticket price that genuinely reflects your current circumstances. Those who are able to contribute more will help make the experience accessible to those who may not currently have the same resources.

Every person receives the same experience.

The first sessions will be limited to 100 participants so the gathering can remain personal, connected and intentional.

As the community grows, we will expand our capacity.

Come as you are

You do not need to have it all worked out.

You do not need to be spiritually advanced.

You do not need to escape your life or become someone else.

You are invited to arrive exactly as you are — with your uncertainty, your hopes, your exhaustion, your courage and your longing for something more.

Together, we will breathe.

We will listen.

We will sound.

We will remember.

It is time to release the old frequency of fear and separation.

It is time to access your divine vibe, awaken your soul song and contribute your unique note to a more compassionate, abundant and heart-led world.

The new paradigm will not be created by thought alone.

It will be embodied, expressed and sounded into being.
