Event description

Join me for an hour of vibrational sound therapy as you allow yourself to drop into your body and quieten the busy mind; to experience a sense of deep relaxation, allowing you to reset and restore your entire being. 
Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, rainstick and chimes will be used in the session to provide a cosmic soundscape, allowing you to receive the benefits of sound meditation

Please arrive 5-10 mins before the session commences to get yourself settled
