Activate for the energies of the Autumn Equinox + Astrological New Year We give gratitude for summer’s abundance and go inwards for winter to rest & restore.
It markes a day of equal light & dark, inspiring us to seek the balance from within. As nature slows we are guided to slow down as well, and to reflect upon the fruits of our labour,to enquire into how we have flourished and what has now reached the end of it’s cycle ready to drop away.To observe the patterns & cycles of our own life conscious of what we wish & hope to create next.

Join us for a small sacred circle to gather those that are working hard on the inner work & seeking some extra support. The Healing Room at Freshwater Wellness Centre we will gather for cacao, community & intention setting with the release of sound & crystal energies to create space for the new seeds.
