Receive an insightful flower reading followed by being immersed in beautiful sounds of quartz crystal singing bowls.

Why a Mid-Week Sound Bath?

This one's for the mums, dads, carers, workers, or anyone juggling a busy schedule and needing a midweek retreat to pause to relax, reset and breathe.

What to expect?

Flower Readings are provided in a group setting where each person receives a reading. The duration of readings will vary as I am led by spirit in what flows through. Readings can be psychic in nature or mediumship. You need to bring a flower with you, but I will also bring some from my garden just in case you've forgotten.

In the sound bath, a full set of chakra quartz crystal singing bowls are used where each bowl resonates at the frequency for the chakra it represents.  With a seamless transition between playing the bowl key notes, a full energy alignment is facilitated. A wonderful inclusion of these sessions is the Native American Flute to add beautiful, earthy tones that takes you on a journey and leaves you in awe.  Other instruments may be used on occasions.

Where to go?

Held in the hall next to the tennis club.

Best to arrive 10 minutes early.  The doors will be closed promptly on commencement of the session.

When shouldn't I attend or need to check with my doctor first?

• Epilepsy

• Serious head trauma or injuries

• Pregnancy

• Post-surgery

• Heart conditions, cardiac pacemakers

• People with Deep Brain Stimulus

• Have metal plates and pins inside your body

• People with PTSD, bipolar or other serious mental health condition
