You are invited to an intimate gathering to honour yourself and August's Full Moon.

Connect first and foremost with yourself, along with kindred spirits and kind hearts joining you in ceremony. Enjoy self-reflection + R&R in a sound bath that will leave your cup truly filled. Full moons are potent times for inner work, especially around releasing what no longer serves us. You will be guided in a safe space to explore what the heart desires and how best to move forward with confidence and curiosity. Instruments used within the 60+ minute sound bath include gongs, Tibetan bowls, crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes + more.

WHAT THE EVENT WILL INVOLVE:

- An intimate group of women

- A space to connect with yourself and others through sound and ritual

- Sound bath & guided meditation (60+ minutes)

- Oracle Cards

- Intention setting rituals

- Nibbles & cacao

- Sharing Circle (optional)

WHAT THE NEW MOON IN AQUARIUS MEANS:

- We feel called to understand and ponder our place in life and will want to place more emphasis on the things that bring us joy and contentment and make us feel harmonious. It is a potent time to adjust goals and objectives based on where you find yourself and if you want to change things up.

- This may be a time when our weaknesses become more apparent and fears have more control over our thoughts. We can balance and navigate this with more ease when we commit to self-work and carve out time to consider new perspectives with empathy and an observer's eye. Block out time for yourself, take a trip away or place yourself in new environments.

- You may experience significant events or moments of big change and these could feel challenging. Focus on what's important to you and trust in the flow of life and that everything will work out. Community, family and your need for support and a sense of belonging will be at the forefront. Connect with your nearest and dearest and communicate the support you need.

- Your intuitive sense will be heightened at this time and this super full moon in August represents the cycle of life in nature. We will experience the waves of life and gain a clearer understanding of the habits and people we need to let go of. Be gentle and have compassion for yourself and those you interact with.

WHAT TO BRING:

- Yoga mat (yoga mats available at the venue)

- Blankets (limited number available at the venue)

- 2x pillows for head and under knees (Cushions and bolsters available at the venue)

- Eye mask

- Journal /pen

- Water bottle

- Any crystals or power objects you'd like to bring and add to the community altar

- Wear comfy clothes

- Open heart & mind

***You will be lying down for 60+ minutes - the comfier setup the better (you won't regret it)***

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. No previous experience with sound healing or sound baths is needed.
