Sound Bath & Full Moon Ceremony (December)

You are invited to an intimate women's gathering to honour yourself and December's Full Moon (the last for 2024!).
Connect first and foremost with yourself, along with kindred spirits and kind hearts joining you in ceremony.

As 2024 draws to a close, the December full moon offers a potent opportunity to reflect on the year gone by and prepare for the fresh energy of 2025. Join us for a nurturing evening of connection, self-inquiry, and renewal under the illuminating light of Grandmother moon.

This women-only event is designed to help you honour the lessons of the year, release what no longer serves, and carve out time to hear inner whispers and intuition on how to move with clarity and purpose into the next cycle and year. Through practices that invite relaxation, calming of the nervous system (especially needed during this silly season) and inner exploration, we’ll harness the transformative power of the full moon, ceremonial cacao, energy, sound and frequency.

Instruments used within the 60+ minute sound bath can include Gongs, Shruti box, Native South American Flute, Tibetan bowls, crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes, voice + more. Well also engage in releasing rituals, personal journaling and guided meditation.

WHAT THE EVENT WILL INVOLVE:

- A space to connect with yourself and other women through sound, ceremony and community

WHAT THE FULL MOON IN GEMINI MEANS FOR YOU:

- Express and communicate: This is a particularly significant time to work with your throat and solar plexus energy centres. Reflect on how you express yourself, speak your truth and where and how you can use your voice more to support your needs and life desires. Outward expression through writing, singing, sharing of ideas and conversations will be powerful at this time. 

- Lean into learning and curiosity: With the Gemini Moon exactly opposing the Sagittarius Sun, the Gemini “lower mind” and Sagittarius “higher mind” are brought forth at the same time. A radical time for both logical and expansive thinking and action, it offers us a moment to connect with our future dreams and find easy pathways to navigate towards them through the acquisition of new knowledge, skills or deeper enquiry. Seek and lean in!

- Balance and duality: Gemini’s twin energy highlights the importance of embracing duality—balancing logic and intuition, work and play, or social connection and solitude. We are invited to examine where we feel torn between opposing desires or paths. We are encouraged to honour/accept all sides of our personality and desires without judgment. Find harmony in the many roles or responsibilities you hold, carry and wear and evoke inner balance.

This is your call to step into alignment with your authentic voice, let go of what hinders clarity, and prepare for the year ahead with a sense of curiosity, balance, and self-empowerment rooted in both heart and mind.

WHAT TO BRING:
- Yoga mat (provided)
- Blankets (provided)
- Pillows/ Cushion
- Eye mask- Journal /pen
- Water bottle
- Any items you'd like to add to the altar
- Wear comfy clothes
- Open heart & mind

***You will be lying down for 60+ minutes - the comfier setup you have the better (you won't regret it)***
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. No previous experience with sound healing or sound baths is needed. Doors will be locked at 7:30pm to allow the sessions to run on time.
