Sound Bath & Full Moon Ceremony (January)

You are invited to an intimate women's gathering to honour yourself and January's Full Moon in Cancer.

As the first full moon of the year graces the sky, join us for an evening of renewal, intention-setting, and empowerment. This women-only gathering is designed to help you align with your goals and step into the new year with clarity and purpose. Under the luminous January full moon, we’ll reflect on the energy of new beginnings and plant seeds for what we wish to create in 2025.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
🌿 Prompted Journaling & Sharing Circle + Nibbles – Connect with a community of like-minded women in a safe and nurturing space.
🍵 Cacao Ceremony – Open your heart and set your intentions with this grounding and ceremonial ritual.
🎴 Personalised Oracle/Tarot Cards - Gain insight and guidance through Aboriginal Oracle, Moon Manifestation & Spirit Animal Cards
🎶 Sound Bath – Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of live sound to calm the nervous system and align your energy.
🧘‍♀️ Guided Meditation – Journey inward to uncover your deepest desires and connect with your inner wisdom.
🔥 Releasing & Manifestation Rituals – Let go of limiting beliefs from the past year and call in your dreams for the year ahead.

Instruments used within the 60+ minute sound bath can include Gongs, Shruti box, Native South American Flute, Tibetan bowls, crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes, voice + more.

This full moon offers an opportunity to start the new year and cycle strong, relaxed and aligned through a deeply nuturing and emotionally charged energy enabling you to prioritise what truly matters.

WHAT TO BRING:
- Yoga mat (provided)
- Blankets (provided)
- Pillows/ Cushion
- Eye mask- Journal /pen
- Water bottle
- Any items you'd like to add to the altar
- Wear comfy clothes
- Open heart & mind

***You will be lying down for 60+ minutes - the comfier setup you have the better (you won't regret it)***
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. No previous experience with sound healing or sound baths is needed. Doors will be locked at 7:30pm to allow the sessions to run on time.
