You are invited to an intimate women's gathering to honour yourself and March' Full Moon. Connect first and foremost with yourself, along with kindred spirits and kind hearts joining you in ceremony. Enjoy self-reflection + rest & relaxation in a sound bath that will leave your cup truly filled. Full moons are potent times for inner work, especially around releasing what no longer serves us. Foster self-love, clear energy and feel grounded going into the week ahead.

You will be guided in a safe space to explore what the heart and soul desires and how best to move forward for you.Instruments used within the 60+ minute sound bath can include Gongs, Native South American Flute, Tibetan bowls, crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes + more.

WHAT THE EVENT WILL INVOLVE:

- A space to connect with yourself and other women through sound, ceremony and community

- Sound bath & guided meditation (60+ minutes)

- Aboriginal oracle cards & Moon manifestation cards

- Releasing rituals

- Nibbles & cacao

WHAT THE FULL MOON (LUNA ECLIPSE) IN LIBRA MEANS FOR YOU:

- Full moon in Libra with opposing sun in Aries creates a cycle of polarisation. Since the last eclipse assertiveness and independence have been an underlying thread for us to explore and embody. However, now we are called to focus on balance in how we relate to others.

- This is a rich time to reflect on how and where you compromise, negotiate and how gracious you are in communion with others be that lovers, family, friends or strangers. We must learn to strike the balance between attending to our own needs as well as others to feel in flow and experience harmonious relationships.

- It is common to feel a strong push and pull momentum during this time as emotions rise to the surface. Bring awareness to how you authentically relate to others, and analyse your ability to use diplomacy when navigating encounters with those who have differing opinions, beliefs and lifestyles.

- Expect to encounter revelations around specific relationships. It is important to express new insights acquired to form resolutions during this cycle and experience a positive flow-on effect from your awakening. This is a very potent time to break old patterns that have been holding us back when it comes to relationships.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. No previous experience with sound healing or sound baths is needed.
