Sound Bath & Full Moon Ceremony (Sept)

You are invited to an intimate women's gathering to honour yourself and Septembers Full Moon Lunar Eclipse.
Connect first and foremost with yourself, along with kindred spirits and kind hearts joining you in ceremony. Enjoy self-reflection, inner enquiry along with rest & relaxation in a sound bath that will leave your cup truly filled. Full moon's are potent times for inner work and letting go and with an added Luna eclipse in the mix she's set to land with stronger impact and lasting energy around the Virgo-Pisces elements within us. Foster self-love, clear energy and craft some mid-week calm among what can often feel like a storm brewing.

You will be guided in a safe space to explore what the heart and soul desires and how best to move forward for you in this mooon cycle. Instruments used within the 60+ minute sound bath can include Gongs, Shruti box, Native South American Flute, Tibetan bowls, crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes, voice + more.

- Yoga mat (provided)
- Blankets (limited number available at the venue)
- Pillows/ Cushions (available at the venue)
- Eye mask- Journal /pen
- Water bottle
- Any items you'd like to add to the altar
- Wear comfy clothes
- Open heart & mind

***You will be lying down for 60+ minutes - the comfier setup you have the better (you won't regret it)***
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. No previous experience with sound healing or sound baths is needed. Doors will be loked at 7:30pm to allow the sessions to run on time.
