Sunday Sound Bath

Join us for our next Sound Bath and Meditation. A time for calm, grounding and still reflection in the company of connected and like minded people. 

A sound bath is the opportunity to 

unplug from external stimuli and to gain perspective on what's going on within you. The goal of the experience is to invite deep rest and relaxation, and explore self-inquiry and self-discovery.
