You are invited to an intimate gathering to honour yourself and February’s New Moon.

Connect first and foremost with yourself, along with kindred female spirits and kind hearts joining you in ceremony. Enjoy self-reflection + rest & relaxation in a sound bath that will leave your cup truly filled. New moons are potent times for inner work, especially around setting new intentions for the next cycle. Foster self-love, cleansing energy and feelings of motivation. You will be guided in a safe space to explore what the heart desires and how best to move forward.

Instruments used within the 60+ minute sound bath include gongs, Native South American Flute, Tibetan bowls, crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes + more.

WHAT THE EVENT WILL INVOLVE:

- An intimate group of women

- A space to connect with yourself and others through sound and ritual

- Sound bath & guided meditation (60+ minutes)

- Oracle Cards

- Intention setting rituals

- Nibbles & cacao

- Sharing Circle (optional)

WHAT THE NEW MOON IN AQUARIUS MEANS:
- Feel called and focus towards new friendships, group activities, projects and trying new things during this cycle. It is a great time to foster confidence to step into spaces and places you haven’t explored before and make the most of this energy.

- Expect to have a greater positive outlook and hopeful vision for the future. Be open to receiving and equally offering support to those around you and see your connections and projects blossom.

- You may feel the urge to step away from your usual passions or give them a break. Don’t worry, this is an important time to allow yourself to explore new things and emotions and be able to reflect more clearly on the past through a new lens.

- You can expect to feel a swell of progression and impulsivity towards specific areas of your life. Pay close attention to the areas or themes that arise - these are signals from the subconscious on where you heart wants change to happen.

- Yoga mat (yoga mats available at the venue)

- 2x pillows for head and under knees (Cushions and bolsters available at the venue)

- Eye mask

- Journal /pen

- Water bottle

- Any crystals or power objects you'd like to bring and add to the community altar

- Wear comfy clothes

- Open heart & mind
