You are invited to an intimate gathering to honour yourself and July's New Moon.

Connect first and foremost with yourself, along with kindred spirits and kind hearts joining you in ceremony. Enjoy self-reflection + R&R in a sound bath that will leave your cup truly filled. New moons are potent times for inner work especially around setting intentions and starting fresh. You will be guided in a safe space to explore what the heart desires and how best to move forward with confidence and curiosity. Instruments used within the 60+ minute sound bath include gongs, Tibetan bowls, crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes + more.

WHAT THE EVENT WILL INVOLVE:

- An intimate group of women

- A space to connect with yourself and others through sound and ritual

- Sound bath & guided meditation (60+ minutes)

- Oracle Cards

- Intention setting rituals

- Nibbles & cacao

- Sharing Circle (optional)

WHAT THE NEW MOON IN CANCER MEANS:

- We may overindulge in the thinking mind more than usual, it's important to identify and plan time for practices that bring you back into the body and help you connect to your feelings. Sound is a great one, but also think about daily practices you could commit to in this cycle and plan them in your schedule regularly.

- A potent time to enhance our connection to the world through our work, actions and how we show up for ourselves and others. You may find yourself feeling more emotionally connected/ impacted by world events. Remember to reflect on how you can create your own positive ripple effect through small actions. We don't have to bear the weight of the world, just understand we play a part in all that unfolds and small actions build to bigger long term impact.

- You may feel called to nesting and homemaking during this colder season. Activities around the home will generate a sense of warmth and safety. Cook, clean, revamp your room or have a bath by candle light - carve out enriching me-time at home.

- New moon Cancer energy allows us to set the stage for the future we want to create. Getting clear on the next steps to take (big or small) will be important to build confidence and maintain momentum as you move closer to the Full moon.

WHAT TO BRING:

- Yoga mat/ self inflate camp mat (yoga mats available at the venue)

- Blankets (limited number available at the venue)

- 2x pillows for head and under knees (Lots of cushions and bolsters available at the venue)

- Eye mask

- Journal /pen

- Water bottle

- Any crystals or power objects you'd like to bring and add to the community altar

- Wear comfy clothes

- Open heart & mind

***You will be lying down for 60+ minutes - the comfier setup the better (you won't regret it)***

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. No previous experience with sound healing or sound baths is needed.
