You are invited to an intimate women's gathering to honour yourself and July's New Moon. Connect first and foremost with yourself, along with kindred spirits and kind hearts joining you in ceremony. Enjoy sonic live sounds + self exploration in a sound bath that will leave your cup truly filled. New moons are potent times for inner work, especially around setting intentions for how we want to move forward. Foster self-love, ignite the inner spark and reconnect to your inner knowing.

You will be guided in a safe space to explore what the heart and soul desire and how best to move forward for you. Instruments used within the 60+ minute sound bath can include Gongs, Shruti box, Tibetan bowls, crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes + more.

These events regularly sell out so please book early to avoid missing out.

WHAT THE EVENT WILL INVOLVE:

- A space to connect with yourself and other women through sound, ceremony and community

- Sound bath & guided meditation (60+ minutes)

WHAT THE NEW MOON IN CANCER MEANS FOR YOU:

- This cycle we are asked to look at whatever it is that we call home. We are asked to honour our deepest, most irrational and intimate, feelings; recognising what gives us a sense of security and safety.

- We are encouraged to open ourselves up to accept support whilst also offering support to others. We may also find ourselves called to focus time and efforts on improving our home life and physical surrounds.

- Strong Cancer energy provides the opportunity to make big changes in our lives for the better that will benefit us far beyond this cycle. Although the changes we make may feel small, their power will grow and we should focus on areas of home, safety and security to see the greatest impact.

***You will be lying down for 60+ minutes - the comfier setup the better (you won't regret it)***
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. No previous experience with sound healing or sound baths is needed.
