What to Bring for Your Comfort:

Two pillows (for under your knees and head)

A soft base to lie on (optional) We provide mats but if you want more cushioning please bring it.

An eye mask or eye pillow (optional but enhances relaxation)

We will also have beautiful handmade flax eye pillows available to purchase on the night for $15.

You’ll be guided into a restful state through sound healing instruments—singing bowls, chimes, and gentle vibrations—combined with the calming benefits of reflexology. The studio is softly lit with candles, and the infrared warmth will help melt away tension in both body and mind.
