The Full Moon marks a moment of culmination and release, when what's been building comes to a head and asks to be seen, felt and let go.

With the Moon in Taurus, we are called home to our bodies, our senses and our sense of worth. Taurus is earth energy: steady, sensual and deeply rooted. Ruled by Venus, it reminds us that pleasure, rest and beauty are not indulgences, they're how we nourish ourselves and feel safe enough to bloom.

The Libra New Moon asked us to find our balance and plant new intentions. Now, under this Taurus Full Moon, we're invited to ground those seeds in something real and lasting, and to let go of whatever is keeping us from feeling abundant, worthy and at ease in our own skin.

This Full Moon invites you to reflect on where you've been rushing, where you've been holding on too tightly out of fear, and where you've been telling yourself you need to earn rest, pleasure or abundance. It's time to slow down, soften and receive.

You'll be guided through:

Grounding cacao ceremony

Full Moon releasing ritual
Journaling and self-reflection prompts
A deeply restorative sound bath
Nibbles and time to connect in community

During the sound bath, you'll be immersed in the healing vibrations of instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, drum, chimes, voice and other resonant sounds designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional release and deep inner connection.

No experience is needed. You are welcome exactly as you are.

WHAT TO BRING: (mats, blankets and bolsters supplied)

Sleep mask for a deeper sound journey

Wear warm, comfy clothes

You will be lying down for 60+ minutes, so the comfier the setup, the better (you won't regret it).

Please arrive 5 minutes early. No previous experience with sound healing or sound baths is needed.
