Sound bath at Tea Gardens with Gina and Jude

Come & join us for a Relaxing Afternoon Sound Bath that will you feeling rejuvenated & refreshed.

It is being held at the Tea Gardens Uniting Church Hall, 120 Myall Street, Tea Gardens, NSW

Please arrive by 2.45pm for a prompt 3.00pm start.

The Sound Bath will go for an hour & afterwards you are invited to enjoy a cacao or herbal tea with us at the Hall.

What to bring?

• Yoga mat (or something comfortable to lie on). If you prefer to sit chairs will be available.

• A Warm Blanket or 2 

• Pillow 

• Water bottle 

• Optional- Eye pillow 

• Optional. Bolster for under backs of knees

What is a sound bath? 

The Sound Bath is a time to relax and enjoy the sounds from vibrational instruments, such as crystal bowls, tibetan bowls, gongs, monolina, drums, voice and other percussion instruments.  These will be gently and thoughtfully played without being too loud or overplayed.
