A Full Moon Gratitude Gathering

Pause • Reflect • Receive

Tuesday, November 24th | 6:45–8:00 PM
Walnut Hill | 1804 Carl Williamson Rd, Raleigh, NC 27610

Before the holiday rush begins, give yourself one evening to slow down.

Just two days before Thanksgiving, we’re returning to the beautiful Walnut Hill ballroom for a special 75-minute Full Moon experience centered around gratitude, presence, reflection + deep rest.

The holidays can hold so much at once. There can be excitement and connection alongside packed schedules, travel, hosting, family dynamics, long to-do lists, and the pressure to make everything feel special.

This evening is an opportunity to step away from all of that for a little while.

We’ll begin with a guided gratitude reflection inspired by the Full Moon in Gemini, creating space to notice where your attention has been going, appreciate what is already supporting you, and reconnect with the people, experiences, lessons + everyday moments you don't want to take for granted.

You’ll have time for a simple written gratitude practice before getting completely comfortable and settling into a 60-minute immersive sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, 38" Taoist Breeze Gong, rainsticks, chimes + other grounding instruments.

There’s nothing you need to accomplish, figure out, or even feel during this experience.

Just come get comfortable, and give yourself permission to receive.

✨ WHAT TO EXPECT

We’ll spend approximately 15 minutes arriving, reflecting + intentionally shifting out of the busyness of everyday life before moving into a full 60-minute sound bath.

Your evening will include:

Guided grounding + arrival
Full Moon in Gemini reflection
Guided gratitude activity + journaling prompts
60-minute immersive sound bath
Crystal singing bowls, gong, rainsticks, chimes + additional instruments
A candlelit, temperature-controlled indoor environment
Quiet time to rest, reflect + simply be

No previous experience with meditation, sound healing, or Full Moon practices is needed. The astrology is simply an added layer of reflection, you don't need to know anything about it to enjoy the experience.

🌕 GRATITUDE WITHOUT FORCING IT

This isn't about pretending everything is perfect or forcing yourself to “look on the bright side.”

Gratitude can be much simpler than that.

It can be appreciating something ordinary you usually overlook. Recognizing someone who has supported you. Acknowledging something difficult you've made it through. Noticing what feels good right now. Or remembering what you want to be more present for while it's here.

Especially during a season that asks us to move quickly, this night is about slowing down long enough to actually notice.

💜 WHAT TO BRING

Please bring:

Yoga mat
Blanket
Pillow
Water
Journal + pen
Optional eye mask
Any additional bolsters, cushions or comfort items that help you relax (squishmallows)

Dress comfortably and feel free to bring whatever you need to create a cozy space for yourself.

Doors will open approximately 15 minutes early to give everyone plenty of time to settle in.
