Experience Walnut Hill in a whole new way as the venue reopens its doors for community gatherings, wellness experiences, corporate events, and special events.

Join Vibrant Zen for a calming, candlelit indoor sound bath designed to help you rest deeply, release tension, and reconnect with yourself.

This 60-minute immersive experience guides you into a meditative state through the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, a 38" Taoist Breeze Gong, rainsticks, chimes, and other grounding instruments. As you settle in, you're invited to quiet the outside noise, slow down, and give your mind and body dedicated time to rest.

Walnut Hill's beautiful indoor, temperature-controlled event space allows us to create a comfortable environment regardless of the weather outside.

Whether this is your first sound bath or already part of your self-care practice, you're welcome exactly as you are. No previous meditation or sound healing experience is necessary.

What to Expect:

What to Bring:

✨ Yoga mat
✨ Pillows, blankets, squishmallows, bolsters, or anything else that helps you get comfortable

✨ Comfortable clothing you can easily relax in

You will be lying down for the majority of the experience, so comfort is encouraged! There is no need to keep your setup minimal, bring whatever will allow your body to relax for the full hour.

Arrival:

Doors open 15 minutes early to give you plenty of time to arrive, use the restroom, choose your space, set up your mat, and settle in before we begin.

Please plan to arrive early enough to be completely settled by 7:00 PM so we can begin on time and maintain a quiet environment once the sound bath starts.

A Few Things to Know:

✨ No experience is necessary, beginners are always welcome.

✨ You do not need to know how to meditate. Your only job is to get comfortable and allow yourself to rest.

✨ Falling asleep is completely okay! Many people drift in and out of sleep during a sound bath.

✨ Wear whatever makes you comfortable. This is a relaxation experience, not a yoga or movement class.

✨ Space is limited to maintain a comfortable, peaceful environment. Advanced registration is required.
