Join me for a relaxing and grounding Sound Bath, followed by some chilled ceremonial cacao ✨🧘

During this 30 minute sound bath, we will focus on grounding ourselves and allowing ourselves to be slow. 🌞

The summer brings an energised atmosphere but it’s important to take an opportunity to relax, realign, and ground yourself so you don’t burn out. The crystal bowl sound bath aims to help you rest, reset and fill up your own cup 💛

Join us for a slow morning of connection and resetting our nervous system in a beautiful coastal setting.

✨When: Monday 6th Oct at 7:30am

✨ What to bring: A mat or towel to lie on and a keep cup for your cacao. It’ll be warm so bring sun cream, sunglasses, hat - even an eye mask to block out the sun!

Optional: Stay after for a swim or chat with

likeminded people with your cacao - or you’re free to take it home!

This is a one-off, intimate event and a lovely way to experience the benefits of sound healing in nature- it’s also a full moon so the perfect time to release anything old and invite new energy in. 😌
