This immersive session combines crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, drums, voice, and chimes with guided meditation and breathwork—creating a deeply meditative state where sound not only soothes the body but resonates through the subtle layers of your energy field, encouraging realignment and renewal.

What to expect

• Time for gentle integration at the end—with some dark chocolate to ease your return to the outer world.

• Bring your own yoga mat, pillow or cushion, and a cosy blanket for comfort.

• Mats, pillows, and blankets are also available free of charge at the venue.

Natalie Grace is a certified sound therapist, meditation teacher, musician, and intuitive energy healer with many years of experience facilitating both group and private sessions.
