This experience goes beyond relaxation. It offers an opportunity to rebalance your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual self through sound, vibration, and music. Gentle tones and soothing frequencies support deep relaxation, stress relief, and self-healing - working on a cellular level with no mental effort required.

You’ll be invited to slow down, listen inward, and tap into your inner wisdom. Held in a nurturing environment, this session encourages inner connection, clarity, and calm.

Guided by Lisa, sound healing and Reiki practitioner, and Carla, music therapist and sound healing practitioner. This session blends grounding energy with immersive soundscapes. Together, they create a safe and comforting space where sound and stillness meet - gently amplifying the healing experience.

Reminders for Your Sound Journey

Please arrive 10 - 15 minutes early to settle in and find your space. (Doors will close promptly at 6:30 PM.)
Please bring a mat, cushion, blanket, eye mask and water.
