Gentle tones and soothing frequencies support deep relaxation, stress relief, and self-healing - working on a cellular level with no mental effort required.

You’ll be invited to slow down, listen inward, and tap into your inner wisdom. Held in a nurturing environment, this session encourages inner connection, clarity, and calm.

Guided by Lisa, sound healing and Reiki practitioner, and Carla, music therapist and sound healing practitioner. This session blends grounding energy with immersive soundscapes. Together, they create a safe and comforting space where sound and stillness meet - gently amplifying the healing experience.
