Join us for a rejuvenating sound bath at our Sound Bath Experience. In this session, you will learn some sacred Tibetan Buddhist mantras and experience a guided meditation and then participate in a unique one-of-a-kind Sound Bath. The experience is surround sound and you will experience the Sound Bath on a personal level. We are experienced facilitators (two of us) who will guide you through the practice, helping you to relax and release any tension in your body and mind.

The Gongs and Bowls we use have been consecrated and are the only type of their kind in Adelaide with an amazing energy and sound that enters the body/mind at a very deep level.

Additionally, there will be an opportunity to purchase some beautiful and authentic hand beaten Tibetan Singing Bowls.

Come and immerse yourself in the healing energy of the bowls, gongs and mantras, and leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. We look forward to seeing you there!
