Join me for a deeply nourishing sound healing experience devoted to cultivating self-honesty, clarity, and intuitive alignment. This sound bath invites you to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with your inner truth—deepening your trust in what feels aligned and authentic. In this safe and sacred space, you'll be gently supported to release what no longer resonates and realign with the wisdom of your heart.

✨ What to Expect:
We’ll begin with a warm welcome and a short explanation of what the session involves. 🌸Then, you’ll be guided through gentle breathwork, grounding, and a short meditation to help settle in. 🌿The sound journey will follow—about 45–50 minutes of calming, meditative sounds. 🎶You may feel deep relaxation, emotional release, or a sense of peaceful renewal—each experience is unique. 🌈We’ll close with quiet integration and a gentle return to the present moment 🙏

🧘‍♀️ What to Bring:

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and eye mask for extra comfort, plus a water bottle.
Chairs are available if lying down is uncomfortable—just let me know in advance.

⏳ Doors open at 3:50 PM. Please arrive on time to settle in before the session begins.
🚗 Parking is available outside the venue.
